NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS FOR THE TESTING AND CERTIFICATION PROCESS

The certification body authorized to test and certify in the related national qualification is notified with the purpose of aligning the process of testing and certification with the updated national qualifications.

In the case that the changes made in the national qualifications gravely effect the process of testing and certification, it is required that the certification body revise its testing and certification process, send the necessary documents to VQA and complete the compulsary approval process in 15 months at the latest following the date of notification.

In the other case that the changes made in the national qualifications do not gravely effect the process of testing and certification, it is required that the certification body revise its testing and certification process, send the necessary documents to VQA and complete the compulsary approval process in 6 months at the latest following the date of notification.

It is possible that a period of three months be given in addition to the period of 15 months in the case that the reasoned request of the authorized certification body is found appropriate.

The certification body conducts its testing and certification activities according to the updated national qualification starting from the date that its scope of authorization is renewed.
