A technical briefing about the development process is made to the organization assigned to prepare a national qualification.
During these technical briefings, information on the parts of the qualification, how these parts are prepared and things worthy of notice are presented.
Draft qualifications are sent to VQA for an examination in terms of method and following its completion, they are presented to the related parties for their review.
The draft qualifications are presented to the related parties through ‘’the form of view’’ by the developing organization and these drafts are presented for public view on the websites of both VQA and the organization for at least a period of one month.
The opinions taken for the drafts are evaluated by the developing organization and those that are found appropriate are added to the draft qualification.
Following this step, a pilot scheme is realized by the developing institution with the aim of evaluating the applicability of evaluation and assessment methods defined in the national qualifications.
Received opinions, the updated draft qualification and the results of the pilot scheme are sent to VQA for the evaluation of the VQA Sector Committee.
