DIRECT GRANT SCHEME FOR CERTIFICATION II

Within the scope of Direct Grant-II for Certification supported by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey and conducted by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (VQA);

the testing fees of individuals who succeed in tests conducted by the authorized certification bodies (ACBs) authorized by VQA and who are entitled to receive the VQA Vocational Qualification Certificate were covered directly from the grant fund.

The implementation of the grant has been completed and during the implementation;

- The testing fees of successful candidates who have obtained VQA Certificate in the specified qualifications were covered by the EU grant.

- The occupations specified in the link were not covered by the grant: https://www.myk.gov.tr/images/2021_Yili_Sinav_Ucreti_Ust_Sinirlari_226_UY.pdf

- This grant could be used in all occupations except for the occupations listed above.

- VQA certificate fee was not included in the grant.

- Each individual could benefit from the grant support only once.

- Testing fees could also be paid by the candidates' employer or the professional association of which they are a member.

- Special quotas were reserved for priority groups including Women, Individuals unemployed for more than 6 months, Individuals with a disability of 40% or more.

Within the scope of the project; the entire amount of funds has been processed and new lists cannot be submitted by the Authorized Certification Bodies. The testing fees of approximately 113 thousand people were covered directly from the grant fund.
